Chapter leaders attend CLTC or RLTC programs to develop leadership skills. Follow up is done with emerging leaders after these experiences.

Utilize lists of Engaged teens and Teen Connection 8th graders as prospect lists for AZA and BBG involvement. Distribute to appropriate teen leaders for recruitment purposes.

Program in multiple folds by identifying quality programs from the Program Bank and taking advantage of National Initiatives. Your top programs are added to the Program Bank.

Teens and chapters apply for International Awards in the fields of recruitment, community service, individual commitment and chapter excellence.

Chapters use a Program Checklist that accounts for program preparation, marketing, implementation, and follow-up.
